Before we start any project we get to know our clients, what they do, their goals and most important what they want from their website. From this initial contact we will draft up proposal outlining your requirements together with costing and time scales for our services. We will send you this document for your review and make any amendments as necessary.
Using the finalised specifications set out previously we will then begin our research of competitor sites and produce a digital design that suits your needs; so you can see exactly how your site could look. All our websites are designed to be user and search engine friendly. The initial design will be send to you for review and any amendments you feel are necessary will be implemented on the design before the site is coded.
After you have agreed on the finalised designs our team will then begin producing your site in XHTML and CSS. We build and test all of our sites in our dedicated User Acceptance Testing area (UAT) to ensure cross browser compatibility, and most importantly to ensure your site is working as it should be. After our fanatical testing has finished we will then send you a private link to your site, as well as a login and password so you can have a look yourself.
After payment has been made we will make your site live*. We will set up your site on your hosting and test it thoroughly to ensure there are no issues. We provide 3 months of free Aftercare support for all of our websites.
After making your site live though our relationship isn’t over, we will then begin any post-production services such as search engine optimisation and will help you with any issues that you may have.
* We request that the clients’ uses 123-Reg as their domain name host as well as Awardspace as their provider if they currently have neither. This will be discussed initially.
